dzieki wszystkim zorientowanym

/etc/rc.d/niceshaper start (ale to chyba nie to )

musi być coś nagnytane w konfiguracji nice (chyba)

i w pliku dhcp.conf

i nie wiem czy nie za dlugie

po poprawieniu zaczelo dzialac.
